Amplyfy complies with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC registration and CTIA messaging guidelines for wireless telecommunications:
- Program Description: When you provide your phone number and opt in via our forms, you consent to receive SMS notifications, appointment reminders, system alerts, and marketing communications related to Amplyfy services.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and system events (typically 2-4 messages per month).
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
- Help & Support: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact support at support@amplyfy.io.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Services & Intellectual Property
All software, AI workflows, proprietary systems, code, branding, and content on this platform are owned by Amplyfy and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
