Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AMPLYFY's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AMPLYFY provides AI consulting services including but not limited to AI audits, custom AI system development, workflow automation, and software development. The specific scope and deliverables of each project will be defined in a separate agreement between AMPLYFY and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in custom-built solutions created by AMPLYFY for a client will transfer to the client upon full payment. AMPLYFY retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific components in future projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
AMPLYFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
